Shipping and Delivery Terms

We deliver our high-quality health and beauty products quickly and reliably to our B2B partners inGermany as well as the Benelux countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).

To provide you with maximum transparency, we calculate shipping costs fairly based on product group and weight.

1. Shipping of Large Appliances (Freight)

Due to the size and weight, the following items are safely delivered by freight on a pallet:

• Headspa tables

• Treatment couches / Treatment chairs

• Massage tables and beds

Shipping flat rate per item: €129.00

2. Shipping of Textiles (Parcel Shipping)

The shipping of towels, sheets, and other textiles is weight-based via parcel service:

3. Important Shipping Notes

• Prices:As we operate as a small business according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged and therefore not shown on the shipping costs.

• Delivery Time:The regular delivery time within Germany is approximately 3–5 working days, to Benelux approximately 5–7 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product.

• Delivery by freight:Please ensure that on the day of delivery for freight goods (large appliances), a person authorised to receive is present on site. The delivery is made "free curbside".

• Transport damages:Please check the goods for visible damage immediately upon receipt and note this on the driver's delivery note.

Do you deliver to islands?

Additional island freight surcharges may apply for deliveries to German or Dutch islands. Please contact us in advance for this.

Can I pick up my order?

Collection from our warehouse in Tönisvorst is possible by prior appointment. In this case, shipping costs will be waived.
