Right of Withdrawal (B2B – Business to Business)

1. No Right of Withdrawal for Entrepreneurs

We expressly point out that the statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g BGB in conjunction with § 355 BGB is exclusively granted to consumers.

Entrepreneurswithin the meaning of § 14 BGB, i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity, who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction, haveno statutory right of withdrawal or return.

2. Voluntary Return (Goodwill)

A return of the ordered goods by us only takes place in exceptional cases and after prior written consent (email). Should we agree to a return on a goodwill basis, the following conditions apply:

• The goods must bein their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.

• The seal (especially for hygiene products, cosmetics and dietary supplements) must not be broken.

• The costs for the return shipment as well as the shipping risk are borne by the buyer.

• We reserve the right to charge a processing fee (restocking fee) of [e.g. 15%] of the value of the goods.

3. Exclusion of Returns for Hygiene Products

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the return of products from the areaHealth & Beauty, the seal of which was removed after delivery, is fundamentally excluded. This also applies to products with a limited shelf life.

4. Liability for defects and transport damage

The absence of a right of withdrawal does not affect your rights in the case of material defects or incorrect deliveries.

• Duty to inspect:The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and transport damage.

• Duty to complain:Obvious defects or transport damage must be reported to us in writing within [e.g. 24-48] hours of delivery. Later complaints cannot be accepted.
